30 grams cornflakes |
2 tablespoons maple syrup |
375 ml coconut (or almond) milk |
50 grams frozen raspberries |
1 tablespoon acai powder |
1 teaspoon mixed spice |
pinch of salt |
Acai Breakfast Bowl Directions
Gently warm coconut milk on low heat
Add cornflakes and stir constantly
Add frozen raspberries, mixed spice, maple syrup and acai powder
Cook for 3-4 mintues
Once the mixture looks soft, remove from the stove top
Let settle for 2-3 minutes
Top with crunchy corn flakes and serve
