Acai Breakfast Bowl



60 grams minute oats
30 grams cornflakes
2 tablespoons maple syrup
375 ml coconut (or almond) milk
50 grams frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon acai powder
1 teaspoon mixed spice
pinch of salt

Acai Breakfast Bowl Directions

Gently warm coconut milk on low heat

Add cornflakes and stir constantly

Add frozen raspberries, mixed spice, maple syrup and acai powder

Cook for 3-4 mintues

Once the mixture looks soft, remove from the stove top

Let settle for 2-3 minutes 

Top with crunchy corn flakes and serve
