1 large brown onion (peeled and chopped) |
800 ml beef stock |
300 ml water |
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
400 grams lean, diced, grass fed lamb |
400 gram chickpea cans X2 |
400 gram lentil can X1 |
2 teaspoons sweet sumach or paprika |
1 teaspoon all spice |
2 bay leaves |
Harira Tomato, Lamb and Lentil Soup (Slow Cooker) Directions
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and cook for 8-10 hours
Serve with toasted wholemeal pitta and Greek yoghurt to serve
