Harira Tomato, Lamb and Lentil Soup (Slow Cooker)



2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes
2 garlic cloves (peeled and chopped)
1 large brown onion (peeled and chopped)
800 ml beef stock
300 ml water
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
400 grams lean, diced, grass fed lamb
400 gram chickpea cans X2
400 gram lentil can X1
2 teaspoons sweet sumach or paprika
1 teaspoon all spice
2 bay leaves

Harira Tomato, Lamb and Lentil Soup (Slow Cooker) Directions

Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and cook for 8-10 hours

Serve with toasted wholemeal pitta and Greek yoghurt to serve
