Caprese Bocconcini Skewers


Quick colourful skewers to brighten up the table with low fat bocconcini and fragrant antioxidant basil. 



220 grams Bambini (or cherry) bocconcini
Basil leaves
Cherry tomatoes
Balsamic glaze
Wooden skewers

Caprese Bocconcini Skewers Directions

Skewer cherry tomato first then a folded basil leaf then a bocconcini ball, followed by another folded basil leaf and a final cherry tomato

Lie skewers flat on a long dish and repeat until all ingredients are used

Drizzle a zig zag of balsamic glaze down the centre of the skewers and serve
