Caprese Bocconcini Skewers


Quick colourful skewers to brighten up the table with low fat bocconcini and fragrant antioxidant basil. 



220 grams Bambini (or cherry) bocconcini
Basil leaves
16 x 2cm cubes watermelon (no seeds)
Balsamic glaze
Wooden skewers

Caprese Bocconcini Skewers Directions


  1. Skewer melon ball first then a folded basil leaf then a bocconcini ball, followed by another folded basil leaf and a final melon ball
  2. Lie skewers flat on a long dish and repeat until all ingredients are used
  3. Drizzle a zig zag of balsamic glaze down the centre of the skewers and serve
