Candy Cane Protein Drink

Yes! A high protein candy cane drink that is nutritious and fun. Enjoy as a meal replacement or a non-alcoholic desert drink.


Low fibre - 2 grams of fibre per serve

30 grams vanilla protein powder
20 grams rolled oats
140 grams vanilla yoghurt of your choice (chilled)
100 ml milk of your choice (chilled)
30 ml lite coconut cream (chilled)
1 candy cane broken into pieces OR 4 pieces of crushed Peppermint sugarfree rock candy*
3 ml vanilla essence
2 ml peppermint essence
natural red food colouring – if required to colour the drink
Candy cane to decorate

Candy Cane Protein Drink Directions

Add all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth, serve in a chilled glass with a candy cane to decorate.

*please note* that sugar free rock candy contains isomalt and may increase bowel motions if over consumed.
