Ingredients
Low fibre - 2 grams of fibre per serve
30 grams vanilla protein powder |
20 grams rolled oats |
140 grams vanilla yoghurt of your choice (chilled) |
100 ml milk of your choice (chilled) |
30 ml lite coconut cream (chilled) |
1 candy cane broken into pieces OR 4 pieces of crushed Peppermint sugarfree rock candy* |
3 ml vanilla essence |
2 ml peppermint essence |
natural red food colouring – if required to colour the drink |
Candy cane to decorate |
Candy Cane Protein Drink Directions
Add all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth, serve in a chilled glass with a candy cane to decorate.
*please note* that sugar free rock candy contains isomalt and may increase bowel motions if over consumed.
