Choc Nut Chia Pudding (283 )
This pudding is a nutritious twist to breakfast or dinner and is both healthy and delicious at the start of the day or to end a meal.
Ingredients
Choc Nut Chia Pudding
80 grams chia seeds |
3 tablespoon raw cacao powder |
500 ml milk of your choice |
4 tablespoon coconut syrup |
2 teaspoon vanilla essence |
2 tablespoon Mavers ® skin on peanut butter |
1 small bar of dark chocolate or vegan chocolate |
1/4 cup salted peanuts |
Choc Nut Chia Pudding Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend them on low for a minute to ensure the ingredients have been evenly distributed.
Place a cover over the bowl and store in the fridge overnight.
Decant the pudding into four separate bowls before serving.
Warm the peanut butter and drizzle it over the top of each serving.
Add roughly chopped vegan chocolate and peanuts on the top.
