A quick and easy meal full of healthy plant nutrients.
Ingredients
Spicy Tofu Poke
300 grams plain or flavoured tofu |
6 red radishes finely sliced |
2 Lebanese cucumbers finely sliced |
1 avocado roughly chopped |
1 shredded carrot |
1 cup cooked brown rice |
1 teaspoon poppy seeds |
2 teaspoons crispy fried shallots |
1 lime cut in quarters |
Japanese ginger and sesame dressing |
Spicy Tofu Poke Directions
Lay the ingredients in organised sections divided evenly into two bowls
Drizzle the Japanese ginger and sesame dressing over the bowl contents
Add the tofu on top
Then top the bowl contents with a sprinkle of poppy seeds and crispy fried shallots with lime quarters
Recipe notes
Tofu needs to marinated for at least an hour.
