Ruby Red Punch



250 grams frozen strawberries
2 fresh strawberries halved for decoration
4 finely chopped mint leaves for decoration
120 ml organic coconut water
2 cups ice
1 small seedless watermelon
3 fresh lemons juiced
Stevia drops if you like a sweeter taste

Ruby Red Punch Directions

Slice watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh with an ice-cream scoop or spoon place in a blender

Squeeze juice of three lemons add to the blender with frozen *strawberries and coconut water and blend

Can be refrigerated for a couple of hours

To serve add juice to blender with two cups of ice and blend

Serve immediately in a chilled martini glass with a halved heart shaped strawberry on the side of the glass with a pinch of shredded mint on top

*Blend strawberries and strain out large pips for ostomates
