Pink Lady Smoothie

Delicious and packed with protein and carbohydrate for a great start to a day



350 ml water or milk of your choice
1 large scoop of whey or pea protein vanilla flavoured
1 large banana (peeled)
1 Pink Lady apple (finely chopped for blending)
1 tbsp minute oats
1/2 cup ice if you prefer a cold drink

Pink Lady Smoothie Directions

Soak minute oats in water for 10 minutes before blending

Blend water/milk with chia seeds, protein powder, banana, and chopped apple in a blender until all ingredients are smooth

Serve with a sprig of mint
