Sicilian Pizza

This tasty pizza is great for lunch and is quick and easy to make from the contents of the major supermarket $80 box deliveries.



4 slices Tortilla bread (or similar wholemeal if possible)
190 grams canned tuna (drained)*
2 tablespoons oil (preferably olive oil)
90 grams pizza sauce
110 grams pitted olives
4 roughly chopped tomato and/or chopped mushrooms
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 small onion (red if possible)
fresh or dried basil leaves

Sicilian Pizza Directions

Preheat the oven to 220C fan forced

Drain tuna and break into chunks

Top each ‘pizza’ base with pizza sauce, olives, mushrooms and tuna.

Bake for 10 minutes

Add cheese to each pizza and bake for a further 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

When cooked drizzle olive oil over and sprinkle with dried or fresh basil leaves

*Tuna can be swapped out with 1 cup of drained beans of available beans
