Yoco Dessert


Greek yoghurt (not Greek style yoghurt) is fermented to become thick and has millions of live bacteria to help nourish the digestive system.  Greek style yoghurt has thickeners and additives which may cause stomach bloating in some people.



700 grams greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
200 ml low-fat buttermilk
2 tablespoon toasted pistachios
grated dark chocolate
shredded coconut
2 tablespoon pure honey

Yoco Dessert Directions

Whisk yoghurt, honey, buttermilk and vanilla essence together

Place in a freezer safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours

If the dessert is too hard to serve leave out for 5-10 minutes to soften and scoop into dishes

Top with shaved chocolate and toasted pistachio nuts and shredded coconut
