Creamy Coconut Apple Porridge



1 large red apple (cored, peeled and chopped)
60 grams rice porridge
400 ml milk of your choice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon flaked coconut
2 teaspoons crushed *cashew nuts
2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt

Creamy Coconut Apple Porridge Directions

Finely grate the apple and place all the ingredients into a medium pan and simmer stirring regularly for 5-10 minutes until the mix is thick and creamy

Leave to cool for a few minutes and top each serving with a tablespoon of coconut yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of *crushed cashew nuts
