clean and wash all vegetables |
1/2 small head of broccoli (cut into small pieces) |
1 cup red onion (peeled and chopped) |
1 cup thinly julienned carrots |
1 cup celery |
1 large red apple (cored and thinly sliced) |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
1 tablespoon grated ginger |
1/4 cup coriander (washed and chopped) |
Apple Veggie Stir Fry Directions
Heat sesame oil in a thick bottomed pan over a medium heat
Gently stir fry onions and ginger until they are cooked
Add all the other ingredients except coriander and stir fry until vegetables are cooked and crunchy
Finally add coriander and stir through
Serve immediately with a protein of your choice
