Rich Baked Ravioli



250 grams spinach and ricotta ravioli
1 jar pasta sauce of your choice
100 grams grated mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon basil leaves (finely chopped)
extra-virgin olive oil spray

Rich Baked Ravioli Directions

Preheat the oven to 200C

Cook ravioli according to the packet instructions and leave to drain

Heat pasta sauce gently until warmed through

Tip ravioli into the sauce and mix through adding basil leaves

Spray a baking dish with olive oil add the pasta and sauce mix

Top with grated mozzarella

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the top of the pasta is bubbling and cheese has melted

Serve with a leafy green salad
