Ingredients

  • 250g Greek yoghurt
  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 100g figs, roughly chopped
  • 60g pistachios, roughly chopped
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method

Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and spread the yoghurt over the paper in an even layer.

Add the raspberries, chopped figs and pistachios, distributing them evenly over the yoghurt.

Drizzle the honey over the yoghurt and toppings, then sprinkle on the orange zest.

Freeze for 2 hours or until solid.

Then peel off the paper and break the yoghurt into pieces ready to serve.
