  • 1 slice Swiss cheese, such as Edam, Gouda or Emmental
  • 4 thin slices of Pink Lady apple
  • 2 slices seeded, wholemeal bread
  • Olive oil spray

Method

Preheat the sandwich maker.

Spray both sides of both pieces of bread lightly.

Make the sandwich by placing the apple slices on the bottom piece of bread and cheese on the top.

Close the sandwich maker and toast until golden.
