Ingredients

  • 200g dairy free dark chocolate (minimum 75% cocoa), melted
  • 500g firm tofu, drained
  • 200g avocado flesh
  • 150g maple syrup
  • 1x tbsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 large pinch sea salt
  • 25g finely chopped walnuts to serve

Method

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.

Add a splash of milk of your choice if needed to loosen mixture.

Transfer into serving glasses or ramekins and put in fridge for 1 hour to chill.

Top with grated dark chocolate to serve.
