Ingredients

  • 250g plain kefir
  • 30g good quality, unflavoured, whey-based protein powder
  • 100ml milk of choice
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1x tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • ½x tbsp ground psyllium husks

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and serve.
