Ingredients

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 80 ml lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh, grated lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • (can thin with 1/4 cup of vegetable broth)

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until completely blended.

As a marinade – marinate food for 1-2 hours in the fridge.

As a dip or sauce serve immediately after blending.
