Ingredients

  • 1 large red apple (cored and chopped)
  • 60 grams rolled oats
  • 400 ml milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
  • Topping:
  • 2 teaspoons crushed walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt

Method

Finely grate the apple and place all the ingredients into a medium pan and simmer stirring regularly for 5-10 minutes until the mix is thick and creamy.

Leave to cool for a few minutes and top each serving with a tablespoon of coconut yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of crushed walnuts.

  • 400 ml milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon flaked coconut
  • Topping:
  • 2 teaspoons crushed cashew nuts (leave out for ostomates)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
