Tara S, Dry July

“I am a proud Dry July’er to raise awareness for the wonderful work Bowel Cancer Australia do, and to honour my late father who passed of this disease in 2020. While having his treatment my Dad bravely shared that he kept putting off doing the mail-kit stool test because of the motions of day-to-day busy life.

In sharing his story, I feel that it’s a beautiful way to honour him and the importance that ‘early intervention saves lives’. Don’t put off your screening test, because you are so important to everyone around you.” ~ Tara
