Ingredients

  • 220 grams Bambini (or cherry) bocconcini
  • Basil leaves
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Wooden skewers

Method

Skewer cherry tomato first then a folded basil leaf then a bocconcini ball, followed by another folded basil leaf and a final cherry tomato.

Lie skewers flat on a long dish and repeat until all ingredients are used.

Drizzle a zig zag of balsamic glaze down the centre of the skewers and serve.
