“I chose to take part in the Bowel Cancer Awareness Month fundraiser because bowel cancer can affect people much younger than many realise. I was just 33 when I was diagnosed with a precancerous polyp, that experience showed me how important early detection and awareness are. By sharing my story and supporting this fundraiser, I hope to encourage others not to ignore symptoms or assume they’re ‘”too young” ‘ to be at risk.” ~ Dannielle
