Hiit Nation – Bowel Cancer Awareness Month

“This one was personal for us, Youssef was diagnosed with bowel cancer 12 months ago and the support of our community was second to none. With our ‘No One Fights Alone’ campaign we wanted to spread awareness but also wanted to remind everyone that no matter what they are going through, they are not alone.

Together we are stronger than the storm.

The fundraiser went really well. Other than raise funds we were also able to start conversations and raise awareness.

We had our members and non-members purchase the shirt and we had a lot of engagement on social media.

We also held a special day on the 18th of June. We handed over 150 red apples as a thank you to all those that supported us and as a way to raise awareness.

This weekend Youssef and I take on Hyrox Sydney and are out to prove that no matter what you go through, no matter the diagnosis, together we can overcome anything. ” ~ Lina
