This tofu dish, is easy, tasty and fun
Makes 2 serves, approximately 5 grams of fibre per serve

Ingredients
- 1 drained package of firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped flat parsley
- 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast
- ½ red onion peeled and finely chopped
- Olive oil spray
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Generous pinch each of turmeric and paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
