  • 270 grams of rolled oats
  • 50 grams of flaxseed meal
  • 50 grams of shredded coconut
  • 585 mls milk of your choice
  • 50 grams of sugar of your choice
  • 3 mashed ripe bananas
  • 125 grams crunchy peanut or cashew butter crunchy
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Plain Greek yoghurt, coconut shavings and Dutch cinnamon to decorate
