- 1 bunch of watercress
- ¼ cup finely chopped basil leaves
- 100 grams of walnuts
- 400 grams of cooked quinoa
- 500 grams of red apples, cored and halved
- Zest and juice of one lemon
- 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of olive oil plus additional tablespoon olive oil for cooking sausages
- Salt and pepper to taste
