2 pancakes each for 4 people, approximately 3-4 grams of fibre per serve

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice
  • 1 free range egg
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1/14 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon manuka honey (for pancakes)
  • 1 tablespoon manuka honey for fruit
  • 3 very ripe peaches or nectarines diced
  • 3 oranges peeled, pips removed and diced
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yoghurt
  • ¼ cup of chopped walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon manuka honey (for pancakes)
  • 1 tablespoon manuka honey for fruit
  • 3 very ripe peaches or nectarines diced
  • 3 oranges peeled, pips removed and diced
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yoghurt
