Yoga enthusiast, Catherine Graue, held a yoga fundraiser during Bowel Cancer Australia's Be Well Week in September.
 
"The yoga fundraiser was a huge success with around 20 ladies turning out for a morning of yoga in the park, with the sunshine and fresh air on our faces.

When her best friend was diagnosed with Stage 3 bowel cancer earlier in the year, Tracey wanted to do something special to show her support. "No one ever plans this into their journey through life. Lynda and I have been the best of friends since grade 5. This news breaks my heart to the very core. We have held each other's hands through a lot of things in our 41 years of friendship. Lynda is a positive and strong person that never gives up from any challenge that has ever come her way. Lynda is creative and motivated person that will beat this thing her way with the help of the amazing bowel cancer team and the support of her family and friends that love her dearly," said Tracey.

Gallay Medical held an apple selfie fundraiser on Red Apple Day to show their support for Bowel Cancer Australia.
 
"$825 was raised for a great cause and the selfie competition turned out to be a lot of fun!" said event organiser, Alex Kelly.

St George Private Hospital supported Bowel Cancer Australia during Bowel Cancer Awareness Month by holding an apple themed cake stall in the hospital foyer.
 
Team leader, Fran dressed up as an apple and gave out bowel cancer information as well as decorating the ward in an apple theme.
