Ingredients
- Six ice block mould with sticks
- Two punnets of strawberries
- Two punnets blueberries
- 300-500mls vanilla yoghurt of your choice
Method
- Blend strawberries* and divide across six moulds – freeze for up to an hour until solid
- Blend blueberries and divide across six moulds layer on top of the strawberries – freeze for up to an hour until solid
- Add vanilla yoghurt to the top of the mould and add sticks
- Serve on Australia day as a novel red white and blue healthy dessert great on a hot day
*Sieve pips our of strawberries if making for ostomates
