- ½ (80 grams) cup of shredded dried coconut or fresh finely chopped coconut meat (delicious if you can find some)
- 2 cups of rice porridge flakes
- 3 tablespoons of plain cocoa or carob powder
- 2/3 cup of organic coconut sugar or stevia to taste
- A pinch of rock salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste or vanilla extract
