Bowel Cancer Australia is taking the guesswork out of food and fitness with the launch of a new step-by-step program focusing on long-term health.

The Nutrition + Lifestyle Challenge, by Bowel Cancer Australia and powered by ClickFit, is based upon World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) evidence on the prevention of bowel cancer. It is the first time the WCRF guidelines have been incorporated into an Australian user-friendly healthy living tool.

Bowel Cancer Australia's Nutrition Advisor, Teresa Mitchell-Paterson, who co-developed the online program, says the Nutrition + Lifestyle Challenge brings the latest WCRF evidence to your fingertips.

"There's a lot of talk about the impact of diet and lifestyle on bowel cancer, so Bowel Cancer Australia has developed a practical tool with the WCRF guidelines in mind," said Ms Mitchell-Paterson.
