Serves four, 3-4 grams of fibre per apple

  • 4 tablespoons of LSA (linseed sesame and almond) meal
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • 1 square ready-made puff pastry cut into centimetre thick strips
  • 1 fresh lemon rind grated
  • 6 granny smith apples
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (if desired)
