Ingredients

  • Six ice block mould with sticks
  • Two punnets of strawberries
  • Two punnets blueberries
  • 300-500mls vanilla yoghurt of your choice

Method

  • Blend strawberries* and divide across six moulds – freeze for up to an hour until solid
  • Blend blueberries and divide across six moulds layer on top of the strawberries – freeze for up to an hour until solid
  • Add vanilla yoghurt to the top of the mould and add sticks
  • Serve on Australia day as a novel red white and blue healthy dessert great on a hot day

*Sieve pips our of strawberries if making for ostomates
