Quick colourful skewers to brighten up the table with low fat bocconcini and fragrant antioxidant basil.
|220 grams Bambini (or cherry) bocconcini|
|16 x 2cm cubes watermelon (no seeds)|
Caprese Bocconcini Skewers Directions
- Skewer melon ball first then a folded basil leaf then a bocconcini ball, followed by another folded basil leaf and a final melon ball
- Lie skewers flat on a long dish and repeat until all ingredients are used
- Drizzle a zig zag of balsamic glaze down the centre of the skewers and serve
