400 ml water |
1/2 green apple (cored and grated) |
1 packet ready cooked konjac noodles |
2 sachet single serve miso paste |
1/4 cup chopped green chives |
2 finely sliced mushrooms |
100 grams silken tofu crumbed |
1 slice crispy roasted seaweed |
Miso Apple Soup Directions
Rinse the konjac noodles thoroughly in hot water and strain
Gently heat water to about 80 degrees
Add all ingredients except miso paste and stir for a minute or two until ingredients are warmed through
Add the two sachets of miso paste and blend through
Top with crushed seaweed flakes
