  • dash unrefined sea salt
  • 6 pastured eggs

  • up to ¼ cup maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • ½ cup dried unsulfured apricots (diced)
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
