Inspired by her husband's brave battle with bowel cancer and to show her support throughout his bowel cancer journey, Katie decided to do something brave herself – a joint head shave to raise much needed funds and awareness for bowel cancer.

 

"In front of over 200 students at Melbourne Girls' College, my husband and I, two teachers, and two Year 9 students shaved our heads in support of Bowel Cancer Australia. It was a fantastic day and we were all incredibly proud of managing to raise over $7,000 for charity." said Katie.
