Makes 4 serves, 6 grams of fibre per serve

Ingredients
  • 2 oranges – seasonal blood or Seville
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa (from 1 cup uncooked)
  • 1 red grapefruit
  • 2-3 tablespoons of honey and 1 cardamom pod lightly crushed
  • 1 cup of water
  • ¼ cup crushed walnuts
  • Plain yoghurt of your choice

  • 1 red grapefruit

  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut flakes
  • Plain yoghurt of your choice
