Rich baked ravioli (High Fibre)

Serves 2, approximately 4-5 grams of fibre per serve


  • 250 grams of spinach and ricotta ravioli
  • 1 and a quarter jars of pasta sauce of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons of oat or rice bran
  • 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil spray


  1. Preheat the oven to 200C
  2. Cook ravioli according to the packet instructions and leave to drain
  3. Heat pasta sauce gently until warmed through
  4. Tip ravioli into the sauce and mix through adding basil leaves and 2 tablespoons of bran
  5. Spray a baking dish with olive oil add the pasta and sauce mix
  6. Top with the other two tablespoons of bran and grated mozzarella
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the top of the pasta is bubbling and cheese has melted
  8. Serve with a leafy green salad
