Pumpkin Pie Smoothie (High Fibre)

Approximately 4 grams of fibre per serve
*Vegetarian, Vegan
 
Ingredients
  • Pinch of allspice
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • ½ cup of ice
  • 300mls of Milk of your choice – almond or coconut tastes the nicest
  • 100 grams of boiled skinned butternut pumpkin
  • ½ cup of frozen mango
  • 1-2 tablespoons of coconut syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon of oat bran
  • Sprig of mint to decorate
Method
  1. Place pumpkin, oat bran and milk in a blender – blend until smooth
  2. Add vanilla essence, all spice and cinnamon blend
  3. Add ice and mango and blend to serve chilled with a sprig of mint on top
