Prawn and Seasoned Rice Stir Fry



1 packet precooked basmati rice
2 tablespoons chives (finely sliced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
300 grams de-veined, peeled prawns
1 teaspoon powdered garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup continental parsley (very finely chopped)
2 large free range eggs

Prawn and Seasoned Rice Stir Fry Directions

Combine both oils in a fry pan over a medium heat

Gently cook chives, garlic powder, and ginger until soft

Add prawns cook for a further five minutes, add rice and quinoa packet and heat through

Toss in continental parsley and sprinkle soy sauce into mixture and combine through the stir fry

Add a quick shallow fried egg on top for extra protein

Serve with a salad or steamed green beans
