Prawn and Seasoned Rice Stir Fry (97 )

1 packet precooked basmati rice |
2 tablespoons chives (finely sliced) |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
300 grams de-veined, peeled prawns |
1 teaspoon powdered garlic |
1 teaspoon grated ginger |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/2 cup continental parsley (very finely chopped) |
2 large free range eggs |
Prawn and Seasoned Rice Stir Fry Directions
Combine both oils in a fry pan over a medium heat
Gently cook chives, garlic powder, and ginger until soft
Add prawns cook for a further five minutes, add rice and quinoa packet and heat through
Toss in continental parsley and sprinkle soy sauce into mixture and combine through the stir fry
Add a quick shallow fried egg on top for extra protein
Serve with a salad or steamed green beans
