300 ml milk of your choice (almond or coconut tastes the nicest) |
100 grams butternut pumpkin (boiled and skinned) |
1/2 cup frozen mango |
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut syrup |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
sprig of mint to decorate |
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Directions
Place pumpkin and milk in a blender – blend until smooth
Add vanilla essence, coconut syrup, all spice and cinnamon blend
Add ice and mango and blend to serve chilled with a sprig of mint on top
