Pumpkin Pie Smoothie



pinch of all spice
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cup ice
300 ml milk of your choice (almond or coconut tastes the nicest)
100 grams butternut pumpkin (boiled and skinned)
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
sprig of mint to decorate

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Directions

Place pumpkin and milk in a blender – blend until smooth

Add vanilla essence, coconut syrup, all spice and cinnamon blend

Add ice and mango and blend to serve chilled with a sprig of mint on top
