Postage and packing
While our awareness packs are free of charge when sent via Australia Post as a regular parcel, we have included an indication of postage and packing costs should you choose to make a donation to contribute towards these costs to help stretch our charity dollar even further. If you choose to do so, please complete the relevant section when prompted.
Please note, as a 100% community-funded charity, we try to keep our postage costs to a minimum with a maximum order size of 20 awareness leaflets per title.
If you are an organisation requiring a larger quantity and have a budget to cover postage, please specify this when placing your order.
Awareness packs are sent via Australia Post as a regular parcel. Please allow two weeks for delivery. If you have not received your pack after two weeks, please contact us.
Please note, if you request an awareness pack to be sent as express post, this will incur a $20 charge.
